CAPACITIES

The Edmonton, Canada facility of I.S. Machine has over 25,000 sq. ft of manufacturing and storage space. Future expansion to the West Coast is also underway.

Our capacities are detailed below.

Our manufacturing processes are controlled and monitored using twenty Computer Numeric Controlled machines. All CNC's are serviced and maintained under a strict program allowing for optimum operating tolerances and reliability.  

Includes: lathe and milling machines both horizontal & vertical, 5-Axis milling.

Manual machines include: major lathe and milling machines, surface grinding, shaper, drilling and deep-bore drilling.  

Document traceability of all materials utilized is available upon request and is maintained on the premises in secure environments.
